I sent a client images of different photographs I had recently taken, they fell in love with the “Birds in Paradise” photo and the upturned water lily entitled “Water Lily Waffle”. They wanted to use the images on their master bed as pillows. Earlier we had a mural painted of the Everglades so the pillows, bed skirt and Giclee photographed from SW Florida nature would fit right into the theme of the bedroom.
They had existing Art Work over the bed, but it didn’t work with the colors of the pillows, so created a Giclee from “Sunlight Through The Leaves” that continued the natural theme, was graphic and bold enough to compliment the pillows but simple enough so it didn’t compete.
I worked with my seamstress who helped create the most amazing bed skirt from the image “Palm Drapery. The colors in the bed skirt compliment the other pieces in the room and makes such a statement. As I told the clients “no one will have a bed skirt like yours”!
